Finance & Events
The Finance & Events card is where a club's day-to-day money and event work happens: collecting payments, keeping the books, running auctions and the online store, scheduling events, and communicating with members. It sits on your Admin Panel alongside Membership & User Setup, Club Operations, and Governance & Permissions.
Who sees this card: Club Admins see every button they have data for. Board members see only the buttons tied to a permission they've been delegated (for example, a board member granted only Manage Calendar sees the Calendar button but not Accounting). If you don't see a button you expect, ask your Club Admin to grant you the matching permission under Governance & Permissions → Board Permissions.

Where to start
- New club, first time here? Start with Payments → Settings to connect a payment provider — almost everything else on this card (Catalog, Event Plans, Store, Auctions) depends on a provider being connected first.
- Already collecting dues/payments and want to see the books? Go to Accounting.
- Planning a specific event, trip, or fundraiser? Calendar for the date, Payments → Event Plans if it needs an installment plan, Auctions if it's a fundraising auction, Volunteers if you need shift sign-ups.
